Sam started his career in office leasing in the historic district of Soho, Tribeca, & Lower East Side taking unique, older industrial buildings & leasing them to creative TAMI (tech, advertising, media, and companies) and has taken the approach, where he has both acquired & been a strategic partner, to redeveloping and restoring buildings with intrinsic value & character basing decisions with his intimate knowledge of the end-user experience.
